Mr. Olson is a summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College and a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers' Association and New York State Trial Lawyers' Association. He is also a graduate of the trial advocacy program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has litigated numerous cases in New York federal and state courts and has successfully tried cases to verdict in both Erie and Niagara Counties.  Mr. Olson currently focuses his practice on cases involving product liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, and general negligence.
