Mr. Brown is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and former National Board Representative to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has litigated numerous cases against major corporate defendants, including pharmaceuticals, automobile manufacturers, national trucking firms, utility companies, international and domestic industrial machine manufacturers, and manufacturers of farm equipment. He has continuously tried personal injury cases for thirty (30) years throughout Western New York, including State and Federal Court. He has recovered million dollar verdicts across the field of personal injury law, including product liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, premises liability, and automobile accident cases.
