After practicing with the defense bar for eight (8) years, Mr. Olson joined Brown Chiari LLP in 2005, and has been an active trial lawyer in the federal and state courts of New York. Mr. Olson’s practice involves a wide array of personal injury matters, including products liability, medical devices, premises liability, nursing home negligence, general negligence and automobile accidents. He has successfully tried and arbitrated several million dollar cases on behalf of injured persons throughout Western New York. He has successfully argued various appeals in all areas of personal injury to the New York State Appellate Division.

He has been invited to join the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Organization and Lawyers of Distinction.
Mr. Olson has authored and lectured on litigation practices and trial techniques locally and nationally. He is a graduate of the prestigious trial advocacy program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (“NITA”). He is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly known as American Trial Lawyers Association), Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association.
Mr. Olson is a 1992 summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College and a 1996 cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
