Angelo S. Gambino, Esq. handles cases involving nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, products liability and general personal injury. Mr. Gambino is licensed to practice throughout New York State. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also a member of the Erie County, New York State, and American Bar Association.
Mr. Gambino is a graduate of Canisius College and the University of Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Gambino was an Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of College and University Law and received the John E. Krupnick Award, which is given to two students annually who best demonstrate Excellence in Trial Advocacy, as selected by the Notre Dame Law School Faculty. After law school, Mr. Gambino was selected to act as an adjunct professor at Canisius College to teach trial technique and to mentor prospective law school students.
Before joining Brown Chiari, Mr. Gambino worked for a law firm engaged in international litigation and gained extensive experience in all facets of personal injury litigation.
Since joining Brown Chiari, Mr. Gambino has handled all aspects of litigation in a variety of complex medical, products liability, nursing home and corporate negligence cases. Mr. Gambino has tried several cases to verdict and has obtained favorable jury verdicts and settlements for numerous personal injury victims and their families. Mr. Gambino also has substantial appellate experience and has successfully argued appeals before the New York Appellate Divisions in the Third and Fourth Department and the New York Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gambino resides in the City of Buffalo with his wife and two children.
