Mr. Drumm has spent his entire career litigating personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, complex products liability against major automobile and medical device manufacturers, construction accidents, automobile accidents and premises liability, in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Drumm has tried numerous cases to verdict in these areas, and achieved multi-million dollar results. He also has significant appellate experience, having handled appeals in the New York Appellate Division, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and in the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Drumm was born and raised in Buffalo. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Gannon University (Erie, PA) and, as part of an accelerated program in conjunction with Duquesne University School of Law (Pittsburgh, PA), he earned his Juris Doctor in just six years. He first became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, where he helped hundreds of personal injury victims find justice, including a high-profile case in which he represented the victim of a high school mass stabbing incident. After practicing there for six years, he became licensed to practice in New York State, returned to Buffalo and joined Brown Chiari LLP in 2020.
Mr. Drumm has perennially been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star”, an award given to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40, or in practice less than 10 years. He is also a current member of the New York State Bar Association, Allegheny County (PA) Bar Association, American Association for Justice and formerly served on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
