Kimille C. Kasperek

Kimille Kasperek has been with the firm since 1993. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and has over 30 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Kim serves as the Office Manager and head of the accounting department at Brown Chiari LLP.

Heather M. Kling

Heather Kling has been a paralegal at Brown Chiari since 2004. She has over 35 years of legal experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, as well as Workers’ Compensation and corporate law. Heather grew up in Florida, where she attended college and began her legal career. Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and family and most recently her grandchildren.

Heather A. Larivey

Heather Larivey joined our team in 2007, offering 25 years of experience in various areas of litigation. Her focus is within our settlement department. Heather is also our Facilities Coordinator.

Nadine A. Reformat

Nadine Reformat has been with the firm since 2011. She has worked in the legal field for over 30 years as a litigation paralegal.

Terilyn J. Jurek

Terilyn Jurek was born and raised in the Western New York area. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008, with a concentration in legal studies and English. In 2005, she acquired her paralegal certificate from Millard Fillmore College. Terilyn has several years’ experience working in personal injury law and works primarily in our nursing home litigation department.

Rachel M. Voigt

Marissa L. Snyder

Marissa Snyder has been a paralegal at the firm since 2019.  She graduated from Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in political science.  Marissa works in the nursing home and medical malpractice departments and is part of the settlement team.

Pamela J. Horn

Pamela Horn has been a paralegal with the firm since 2021. She has 15 years of legal experience in various areas of law, including residential and commercial real estate, wills, Social Security Disability, and Veteran’s Disability. Pamela handles nursing home abuse/neglect, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases at the firm.

Stacie L. Duderwick

Stacie Duderwick joined our team in 2022 with ten years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal. She graduated from Buffalo State College in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree and obtained her paralegal certificate from Canisius College in 2011. Outside of the office, Stacie enjoys weightlifting, horseback riding, and traveling.

Heather Victori

Heather has over 25 years of experience in office administration, working mostly as an Executive Assistant. Heather joined Brown Chiari in 2017 and is the head of our medical records department.

Rachelle Sebastiano

Rachelle Sebastiano has been a receptionist with the firm since 2018. She has 25 years of experience in the administrative field. Rachelle is married, a mother of three, and a grandmother. In her free time, she loves to see her favorite local bands and spend time with family and friends.

Elise Hillman

Elise joined the firm in 2021. She is a legal assistant who works primarily in our nursing home department.

Jacquelyn Baumann

Jacquelyn Baumann has been with the firm since 2021. She graduated from Bryant & Stratton College with a Business/Legal Administrative Assistant Degree and has over 30 years of experience in this field. Jackie serves as a Legal Assistant at Brown Chiari LLP.

Suzanne Macris

Suzanne Macris has been with the firm since 2022. She studied English/Communications at Hilbert College and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and legal industries. Sue serves as the Intake Coordinator at Brown Chiari LLP.
